Inspect, Speculate and What could it mean?

Nigel Slack in The Operations Advantage suggests following ways to make a new agenda for operation.

  1. Think critically about the limitations or constraints implied by the current state of things

  2. Speculate on future possibilities

  3. Consider the implications of Step 2 for how you will need to manage your operations.

    The above should work for revamping any existing ways of thinking.
